These Terms of Service govern your use of auto-repair-equip.com (the "Website") and any quotation, order or contract between you and Autolif (Qingdao) Automobile Equipment Co., Ltd. ("AUTOLIF", "we", "us"). By using this Website or placing an order with us, you accept these terms.
1. Use of this website
- All content on this Website — text, images, specifications, layout and code — is the property of AUTOLIF and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our written permission.
- You agree not to scrape, crawl, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to this Website.
2. Product information
Specifications, dimensions, weights, images and descriptions shown on this Website are indicative and provided for general reference only.
Products are continually improved, and details may change without notice. Product photographs may show optional accessories that are not included as standard. Where any information on this Website differs from a signed contract, proforma invoice or agreed specification, the signed documents prevail.
3. Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- A quotation does not constitute a binding offer.
- An order is formed only when we confirm it in writing (for example by proforma invoice or order confirmation).
- Order details — model, configuration, voltage, branding, quantity, price and delivery terms — are fixed at the time of that confirmation.
4. Payment and delivery
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are T/T: a deposit before production and the balance before shipment.
- Trade terms are FOB Qingdao unless otherwise agreed.
- Lead time is confirmed in the quotation and starts from receipt of the deposit and confirmation of all order details.
- Shipping dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, port congestion, carrier schedules, customs procedures or other events outside our reasonable control.
5. Warranty
- Machines are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.
- The warranty does not cover: damage caused by misuse, overload, accident or improper installation; unauthorised modification or repair; consumable and wear parts (for example cables, pads, bulbs, hydraulic oil); damage caused by failure to follow the operation manual; or damage occurring during transport after risk has passed to the buyer.
- Spare parts remain available after the warranty period.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill.
7. Intellectual property and branding
Where products are supplied under OEM terms, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that any logo, brand name or artwork it provides does not infringe the rights of any third party. AUTOLIF branding and the AUTOLIF logo remain our property.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or any order shall be submitted to the competent court in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
